Shipping and Delivery Policy

Due to the high demand for orders and our commitment to finding the best deals for our customers, we work with suppliers from Europe, Asia, and America. Therefore, orders may take 24 to 72 hours to process (during peak periods such as Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer), and delivery takes 5 to 15 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the country from which you are purchasing. If no different delivery time is specified on the checkout page, then the delivery time will be 5 to 15 business days as stated.

Important: The order not arriving by a specific date (Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day, etc.) is not a reason for return. You should take into account the date you place the order and, with the indicated shipping time, calculate if it will arrive on time for your planned date.

Important: From January 28 to February 4, our suppliers from Asia will be on vacation, so some orders may be affected, and the preparation and shipping time may be delayed. Delivery time may increase by 5 to 10 business days during this period.

The tracking code will be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.

Shipping delays and unforeseen events

  • While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by increased shipping demand, logistics issues, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

  • If your order is delivered after your desired date but arrives in perfect condition, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Refund and late deliveries

  • If your order is delivered after your desired date but arrives in perfect condition, we will not offer refunds.

  • Refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged or in unusable condition. This policy helps us continue providing free shipping and high-quality products to all customers.

Additional Information for Canada:

Orders to Canada might be delayed due to the Canada Post strike.
