Refund and Return Policy

The SwiftPoster team consistently invests in policies to ensure that our customers are always satisfied. 

Please note the following conditions for the return or refund:

Order Cancellation:

Once the product has been shipped, we regret to inform you that it cannot be canceled.

Return due to Purchase Withdrawal:

The customer may request a return due to purchase withdrawal within the established period of 30 calendar days from delivery. To initiate this process, send the following details to our email address info@theswiftposter.com with the subject "Return due to Order Withdrawal: [order number]" and in the body of the email:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Product to return
  • Video proving that it has not been opened

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, including instructions and accessories in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in its original condition, without having been opened. If the package has been opened, a return will not be possible.
  • The product must be clean and in good condition.

Please note that some products, due to their nature, may not be subject to return, such as sanitary products and/or personal hygiene items.

Once the return/withdrawal request has been received, our team will send the customer instructions for returning the product. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, 7.90€, which will be deducted from the refund. If there are any additional shipping costs at the Post Office when depositing the order, the customer will also be responsible for those costs.

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund in the case of non-compliant use or damage due to the nature of the product. This procedure may take 10-25 business days after receiving the product.

Important: For a refund to be issued, it must be confirmed that the product has been returned, and the customer must confirm their return by writing to our email and attaching the proof of return.

Refund due to Product Damage/Breakage:

If the product arrives visibly damaged or broken, the following steps are mandatory:

  • The customer has a maximum of 48 hours from delivery to report the incident via email to info@theswiftposter.com
  • Attach a video of the product’s condition, as well as the boxes and labels from the courier company. These images will serve as evidence for any claims.

Send the following details to our email address info@theswiftposter.com with the subject "Return due to Damage/Breakage or Malfunction of Product, Order No: [order number]" and in the body of the email:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Damaged/broken products
  • Video and evidence of the damage/breakage

Our team reserves the right to resolve this incident by sending a new product or issuing a refund after the product is returned.

If more than 48 hours have passed and the customer has not reported the damage or breakage, it will be considered a purchase withdrawal, and the customer will have 30 calendar days from receipt to request the return. The shipping cost of 7.90€ will be borne by the customer. Please check the "Return due to Purchase Withdrawal" section above.

Return due to Product Malfunction or Non-functioning:

The customer has 30 calendar days to request a return due to a malfunction in the product from the date of receipt. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed.

The following instructions must be followed:

Send the following details to our email address info@theswiftposter.com with the subject "Return due to Product Malfunction, Order No: [order number]" and in the body of the email:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Malfunctioning products
  • Video and evidence of non-functioning

The team reserves the right to resolve the issue by sending a new product or issuing a refund, which may be partial if misuse of the product is determined.

The refund process may take 10 to 25 business days after receiving the product at the warehouse.

Return due to Shipping Error:

If the customer receives a product that does not match what was ordered, it may be a packaging or labeling error by the courier company. In this case, the customer must notify the incident within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery.

Send the following details to our email address info@theswiftposter.com with the subject "Return due to Product Error, Order No: [order number]" and in the body of the email:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Incorrect products
  • Photo and video of the product

If it was an error in processing the product by our team or the supplier, we will provide instructions to return the product, and we reserve the right to send the correct product again or issue a refund.

We are committed to resolving any issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase made at our store.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement product to arrive may vary.

Incorrect Address:

  • If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering, you are not eligible for a refund.

Late Delivery:

  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that arrive late but in perfect condition.

  • Refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged or in unusable condition.

If you are returning an item valued over 75€, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Importante: If the product is marked as delivered to the correct address by the delivery company and the customer claims not to have received it, you are not eligible for a refund. Please contact the delivery company directly to resolve the issue.

Important: The order not arriving by a specific date (Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day, etc.) is not a reason for return. You must consider the date of your order and calculate if it will arrive on time based on the indicated shipping time.

After the product is received by the technical team and reviewed, we will refund the product, deducting any applicable amounts if necessary, to the original payment method used by the customer or send a new product if the customer wishes. This procedure may take 10-25 business days, depending on the payment method used, after receiving the product.
